Our Still

At the heart of our micro distillery stands Awen, our 600-litre copper alembic pot still, handmade by master copper artisans.

Her name is inspired by the Welsh word Awen — meaning inspiration or flowing spirit. A fitting name for a still at the heart of a distillery guided by nature, craft and imagination.

Every curve of her copper body, every component and every detail has a purpose. Together, they allow us to gently draw out the natural aromas and character of our botanicals, bringing together time-honoured distilling tradition and careful craftsmanship.
